            Can my data be archived? How do I access my archived data?

            You wish to know if participant and payment data can be archived after an event or campaign for later access. Or, you wish to access your archived data.

            The cloning process generates a duplicate website (less participant data and orders), and archives the old site's data. General configuration settings and webpage content are cloned, while orders and participant data are not cloned but available for later access. The new cloned site can be used as the basis for this year's website, enabling you to make the changes for this year's event and maintain all past data for your records.

            To access your archived campaigns, go to Events -> Overview, Show Inactive. Your inactive subscriptions are your archives. Click on the Name of the inactive event. Once loaded into the Dashboard, the event name will be displayed in the page header on each page of your administration area (next to the Search function). All data in the Dashboard will relate to this event. 

            Be sure to go back to Events -> Overview and click on your active event when you want to return.
