How can I change my DoJiggy Payments / WePay email?
You would like to know how to change the email address that is associated with your DoJiggy Payments WePay account.
To change your WePay email address follow these instructions.
1) From the DoJiggy administration Dashboard
Go toTools->Payment Settings
Click theWePay Accountbutton
Click theLog Into WePay Dashboardbutton.
The WePay Login page will open in a new window, login to WePay.
2) From the WePay Dashboard
Click theSecuritylink from the main menu
Under Identity, User Details, click theEditbutton next to the email you would like to change.
Enter a New Email address, then clickUpdate.
Upon success you will see the following message: A verification link was sent to the email [YOU JUST ENTERED]. Please confirm your email address by clicking the verification button in your email. Once we have verified your new email address, your current email address will be disabled.
NOTE: This email also serves as your login username. You will need to use this address as your username to login once you change it.
