            How do I initiate a refund with DoJiggy Payments?

            You would like to know how to initiate a refund for a transaction made on your DoJiggy Payments account.

            To make a Full or Partial refund, follow these steps:
            • Go to Reports->Orders and view the order by clicking the order number or Action, View
            • In the Payment History section after the Payment Reference, click the Refund button
            • Enter a Reason for the refund
            • Click the Refund button

            NOTE: WePay does not charge refund fees, but initial processing fees will not be refunded. Refunds need to be initiated within 90 days of the transaction date.

            You can also initiate a refund from your WePay Dashboard.

            Click here to go to WePay. This will bring you to the WePay website. Log in with your WePay username and password.

            Once you’re in the WePay dashboard, do the following:

            1. You’ll see a list of your recent transactions listed under your company name.
            2. Locate the transaction you wish to refund, and click on it.
            3. A new window will appear with some details about the transaction. At the bottom of the window, you will have the option to issue a refund. Click the Issue Refund button.
            4. Confirm the refund by clicking the Confirm button.
