            How do we change the registered user on our WePay account?

            Your WePay account is associated with a Registered User from your organization. You need to update the Registered User on your WePay account, as the Registered User is incorrect or no longer with your organization.

            The WePay user sign up in the DoJiggy dashboard defaults to the Primary administrator for your event. Unless you change that during sign up, this will be the name of the registered user for the account.

            If you need to change the name on an existing account, we will need to contact WePay to make the change for you.

            Please submit a support request by going to Help -> Support, New Support Request and provide us with the full name and email address of the new user.  You will need to provide a copy of the new user's Driver's license or Government issued ID and one or more of the following pieces of documentation for verification purposes. 
            •  A business card showing the new admin's affiliation to the organization
            •  A link to the organization’s website showing the new admin's affiliation with the organization
            •  Any other official documentation showing the new admin's link to the organization
