            iATS Payments: Agent Code has not been set up on the authorization system

            Synopsis
            When using the iATS Payments payment gateway, you receive the following message: 

            Sorry, but we could NOT process your credit card/eCheck for the following 
            reason: Declined: Agent Code has not been set up on the authorization system OR Incorect Agent Password. Reason Code: ( REJECT: 1). 
            Please go back and check your information, and try again. 

            Solution 
            Please double check your iATS settings in your Admin Dashboard, Tools -> Payment Settings. This error indicates a password/agent code error. 

            Provide your Agent Code in the Payment Processing ID field, and your Agent Password in the Processing/Confirm Password fields. For gateway problems, call iATS support at 888-955-5455.
