            Password Recovery Policy

            Synopsis
            You have forgotten your username, your password and/or both.

            Solution
            Your Administration Area has access to sensitive information such as names, addresses, and credit card numbers. For security reasons, we can only release your login information back to the original email on file when the subscription was purchased. If you are the original subscriber on the account, from the log-in screen simply click on the link Forgot your password? Please click here. Your password will be emailed.

            If you are not the original purchaser, please be prepared to provide authentication so that we may release the login information to you.

            We ask for three pieces of information along with verbal communication, along with an explanation as to why the email on file has changed. Information may include:
            • the username on file
            • the complete address on file
            • phone number
            • support email
