You are just starting your free trial or have recently purchased your subscription and are ready to edit your website or configure your event. But where do you log-in to do this?
Solution You can login here with the email/username and password you set when creating your account.
NOTE:Many fundraising websites include a Login link in the upper right hand corner of each website page. This login is for fundraising participants and cannot be used to access the account administration area.
Each of our subscriptions start with a template website that should match the needs of your event or initiative. We have templates for golf tournaments, walk-a-thons, school fun runs or walks, bike-a-thons, galas & general events, swim-a-thons, clay shoots, general peer-to-peer fundraising, and donation campaigns. Be sure that you are starting with the template that most closely matches your needs, as we already have the website configured for these specific events.
All of your website updates will be done in the administration area. We have added help text throughout the administration area to assist in understanding the purpose of pages and settings. Clicking this icon will show help text for that page, and by hovering your mouse pointer over field names that have a dashed underline.
If you are a secondary administrator, you will also need to include your account hostname. The hostname is the first part of the URL only, do not add the http:// or the .dojiggy.com from http://HOSTNAME.dojiggy.com. If you don't remember your password, you can complete a password reset.
